- I have been a practicing psychotherapist in clinical, hospital, academic and business settings for 20 years. i also became an RN four years ago, and will receive my Master's Degree in Nursing and Board Certification in Psychiatry in January 2010. As an Advanced Practice Nurse, my goal is to provide both therapy and medication services to clients. I am interested in setting up an online therapy business that is user-friendly, HIPAA compliant, and of the highest ethical standards.
