I've worked as a secondary school counsellor, as well as in the substance misuse field and with adults experiencing problems with relationships, depression, anxiety, self-esteem, confidence, sexuality and internet pornography addiction. I'm also a published freelance writer including articles in 'Jack' magazine and the 'Sunday Express' on everyday but universal matters such as 'Snooping - 'A Girl's Night In', 'The Cat that Rocked the Cradle' and '1471 - who IS that woman?'.
