- I'm a Matrix Fangirl, obsessed with Star Trek: The Next Generation, and a lover of sci fi in general. I spend most of my free time on various writing projects.
- Can you share a brief bio?
- In Spring of 2008 I graduated from UC San Diego (UCSD). I received a B.S. in Cognitive Science with Specialization in Clinical Aspects of Cognition.
I blog at MindfulConstruct.com, which explores how we can use any emotion, no matter how negative or painful, to co-construct a happier life, greater health, and better relationships.
I am very interested in our common perceptions of what emotions are, how we can work with them, and how they affect us and our lives. I am also interested in how various social systems impact and are impacted by these perceptions of emotion, especially with regards to therapy.
