- I am a licensed psychologist, 25 years in Colorado, started executive coaching in 1990 I am one of the founding members of the International Coach Federation, a former board member, and president of ACTO, Association of Coach TRaining Organizations.
I also founded INstitute for LIfe Coach Training in 1998 and have written four books
